Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand residents' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist with the property’s turn.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies.
• Document and report behaviors of residents that violate the lease.
• Inspect the property's condition and report problems.
