Landmark Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape and interior/exterior image of the community. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor with no direct reports.

Responsibilities include upkeep, notices, inspections, and adherence to company policies. The position requires strong communication, independence, and attention to detail to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand residents' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events and activities.
• Assist with the property’s turn.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies.
• Document and report behaviors of residents that violate the lease.
• Inspect the property's condition and report problems.
