• General Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free and assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices and report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community and understand Landmark Properties policies.
• Work to understand and exceed the needs and expectations of residents.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events and activities.
