Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager in North Charleston, SC to maintain grounds and buildings of our multifamily communities. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies, and uphold safety standards while supporting resident services.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to make-ready tasks, ensure a professional appearance, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.
• Experience in grounds/maintenance tasks and attention to safety.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas daily and maintain landscaping.
• Uphold daily upkeep of community buildings and grounds; clean and remove trash.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Assist with make-ready and other duties as requested.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to residents.
• Adhere to company policies and seek self-improvement opportunities.
