Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas daily; water and upkeep landscaping as instructed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of community buildings and grounds; clean and remove trash.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Assist with make-ready and other duties as requested by Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior; follow safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Report unsafe conditions and seek corrective action; respond courteously to residents.
• Perform light maintenance for the upkeep of the property.
