Job summary

ResProp Management, a multi-family property management company serving residents and owners, is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas at our communities near Waco, Texas. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor, perform tasks like landscaping and amenity space upkeep, and deliver excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

The role requires own tools, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work weekends

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience
• Must have own hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of community
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Driving property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots)
• Responding to and completing assignments in a timely, quality manner to drive resident satisfaction
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks throughout the day
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
• Ensuring safety by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance needs
• Using software to track work and performance
• Being part of a team handling diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
