Job summary

McKinney Properties, Inc. is seeking an Outside Janitor for a Sat-Wed 6:00am to 2:30pm shift. The role focuses on providing excellent service to residents, maintaining grounds, and supporting maintenance projects across the community.

The position requires basic mechanical skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff. Safety and professionalism are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Render assistance to management on specific maintenance projects.
• Assist in monitoring work by outside contractors.
• Complete ground works and maintain landscaping to ensure curb appeal.
• Maintain an organized workshop and ensure inventory of parts and supplies.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain professional conduct.
• Assist with commercial space maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
