Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking an energetic Community Manager to join our Louisville team. You will oversee grounds, maintenance, pool upkeep, and resident communication, ensuring a safe, clean environment and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of porter, janitorial, or housekeeping experience; 1 year groundskeeping preferred.
• 1 year mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property daily; maintain grounds and common areas, including litter control.
• Perform maintenance tasks: replace bulbs, screens, clean vents, and assist with make-readies.
• Pool upkeep and maintaining chemical records; respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Distribute notices, treat residents and vendors professionally, and follow policy guidelines.
