Job summary

CREI Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain all common areas and grounds of the community in clean condition, including occasional minor landscaping tasks not covered by the contractor. The role may require rotating on-call shifts to provide 24/7 emergency maintenance response.

Under supervision of the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, you will support residents and staff while ensuring grounds are well-kept and safe for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.
• Proficient writing, speaking, and communicating in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean all amenity areas including clubhouse, pool, sports courts and restrooms.
• Clear and remove debris from community grounds, breezeways and amenity areas.
• Complete and assist with minor work orders as directed by supervisor.
• Deliver resident correspondence and packages to units as requested.
