Job summary

CREI Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain all common areas and grounds of the community in a clean condition at all times and to perform minor landscaping duties as needed. The role may rotate on-call shifts to provide 24/7 emergency maintenance response.

The position reports to the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient writing, speaking, and English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean all amenity areas including the clubhouse, pool, sports courts and restrooms.
• Clear and remove debris from community grounds, breezeways and amenity areas.
• Complete and assist with minor work orders as directed by the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Deliver resident correspondence and packages to units as requested.
