Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to uphold the community’s curb appeal across Florida properties. You will perform exterior cleaning, landscaping, irrigation checks, and basic repairs while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment such as pressure washer, blower and paint sprayer.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform irrigation repairs is required.
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and notifies supervisor of safety hazards, property damage or unsightly conditions on grounds.
• Picks up trash, empties bins, and maintains cleanliness around buildings and common areas.
• Pressure washes building exteriors, sidewalks, and other assigned areas.
• Cleans pool/deck areas and common spaces as assigned.
• Perform routine upkeep such as painting signs and curb markings and assist with basic repairs.
• Tests irrigation systems and makes routine repairs as required.
