Job summary

Upfrnt USA Inc in Texas seeks a groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of a multi-home community. You’ll manage mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation checks, and keep common areas clean and safe. You are outdoors all day and interact with residents as needed.

The role requires attention to detail to spot hazards, report issues, and assist with preparing empty homes between residents. Some lifting up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, and ability to work at varied hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining grounds, a property or facility to a standard.
• You notice things; attention to detail is essential.
• Reliable and able to work without constant supervision.
• Able to deal courteously with residents, visitors and contractors.
• Safe use of common grounds equipment and good judgment about limits.
• If needed, use a phone or tablet to log work.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning and weeding across the grounds.
• Maintain beds, mulch, and seasonal planting.
• Check irrigation and report issues; monitor water use.
• Keep trash and debris controlled across the site.
• Assist with preparing empty homes between residents.
