Job summary

IronOaks at Sun Lakes is seeking a Gate Host to greet residents and guests, direct them to destinations, and ensure smooth gate operations. You will report to the Gate Host Supervisor and help maintain a welcoming environment within the community.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include insurance and PTO for full-time staff, with opportunities to contribute to a safe, friendly community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Computer literate with basic Internet, email, and time entry.
• Able to communicate positively with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors at the gate using the community script.
• Lock/unlock community facilities; set alarms; handle after-hours calls.
• Provide gate system information and directions to visitors.
• Instruct new owners on gate system operations.
• Monitor gates, assist with entry, and report maintenance issues.
• Control entry traffic and verify authorization for delivery services.
