Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf at IronOaks in Sun Lakes, Arizona, is seeking a friendly Gate Host to welcome residents and visitors and direct them to their destinations. You will monitor gate entry, coordinate with the supervisor, and support security and visitor services.

This part-time role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service, and reliable time management. Evening and weekend availability is needed; some training and benefits eligibility apply after qualifying periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years’ experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer literate with basic Internet, email and timekeeping.
• Ability to communicate positively with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a goodwill ambassador to welcome visitors at the gate using the community script.
• Lock/unlock community facilities and set alarms; respond to after-hours calls.
• Provide gate system information and direct visitors to appropriate destinations.
• Explain gate operations to new owners and assist with entry processes.
• Monitor gate operations and notify supervisor of maintenance issues.
• Control traffic at entry gates to prevent accidents and confusion.
