Job summary

Wenatchee Valley Humane Society, Inc. is seeking a Development & Events Coordinator to organize fundraising events, build donor relationships, and strengthen community support for lifesaving work.

You’ll work with our Development Director to coordinate events, campaigns, and community engagement while ensuring donors feel valued. You’ll bring strong organizational and communication skills, plus at least one year of nonprofit experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nonprofit experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising and community events from planning to execution.
• Engage donors, sponsors, vendors, and community partners with exceptional service.
• Assist with campaigns, sponsorship outreach, donor recognition and community initiatives.
