Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is seeking a Community Food Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day administration of USDA meal programs across multiple club and community sites in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando counties. You will train staff, maintain records, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

The role requires collaboration with the Community Food Program Director, site staff, vendors, and state officials, with travel across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-site operations, logistics, budgets, and deadlines preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of USDA meal programs (CCFP, AMP, SFSP).
• Train and support site staff on meal service procedures and recordkeeping.
• Monitor program operations and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Build relationships with Club staff, community partners, and vendors.
