Job summary

The Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Food Operations Director to lead food service across five clubs and three early childhood clubhouses. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure nutritious meals, and coordinate with program staff on nutrition education.

You will manage purchasing, menus, and records to stay compliant with health and CACFP standards while partnering on club events and nutrition-related grants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to earn within 90 days of hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of kitchen staff across five clubs and three early childhood clubhouses.
• Plan monthly menus meeting USDA CACFP meal pattern requirements and supervise meal modifications.
• Oversee food purchasing, inventory, deliveries, and storage; conduct site visits and kitchen audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, licensing, and CACFP standards; maintain required records.
