Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Enter client information into the database accurately.
• Ensure pantry equipment is stocked and cleaned.
• Attend meetings as required and support team tasks.
• Sort and stock personal care items.
• Assist Social Services Case Worker with intake interviews and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
