Job summary

• Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors/clients in a friendly manner.
• Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Secure and enter necessary client information into database.
• Ensure pantry equipment is stocked and cleaned.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Sort and stock personal care items.
• Backup for the Social Services Case Worker including intake interviews and referrals.
