Eckerd Connects in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Workforce Development Specialist to engage with community partners and employers to market employment services and enrich programs for participants. You will coordinate subsidized placements, monitor employer satisfaction, and document outcomes to improve services.

The role also involves program marketing, data entry, and collaboration with diverse agencies to meet contractual objectives and support participants’ career pathways.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 2+ years relevant work experience hiring, training, and managing staff.

Aufgaben

• Attend or conduct community activities to market and enrich the program.
• Maintain regular contact with employers to monitor satisfaction and refine requirements.
• Assist in developing job duties and gather employer/participant feedback.
• Strengthen relationships with local employers, colleges, military, and social service agencies.
• Enter data in internal/state systems and maintain participant records.
