Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Program Manager to lead workforce development initiatives and supervise program staff. You will ensure contract compliance, coordinate services, and build strong relationships with employers and community partners to advance participant outcomes.

Based in the community, this role requires travel as needed, data-driven management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services under WIOA contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Pass a drug screen per policy.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor delivery of high-quality programs per contract specs.
• Supervise all Workforce Development contracted activities at sites for integrity and compliance.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise program staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain data entry in referrals, demographics, billing, attendance, events, and assessments.
• Coordinate community employment services, engage employers and partners.
• Track placement activities and report; propose improvements.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with employers, colleges, military, and social services.
• Travel as needed to fulfill duties.
