The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. A drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Past experience: 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or online database tracking systems.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and be able to drive for business purposes.
• Must pass a drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Career Coach is primary contact for participants and coordinates eligibility, participation, notes, and follow-up for employment services.
• Recruit for the program and seek employment/education opportunities for participants.
• Deliver skills training in software applications, work readiness, and basic math/reading.
• Develop presentation and facilitation skills to engage students and meet program goals.
• Job development by connecting with employers and community organizations to market the program.
