Eckerd Connects seeks a Workforce Career Coach in Greenville, SC to guide participants through employment and education paths. You will recruit for the program, deliver skills training, and build job opportunities with employers while supporting participants from intake to placement.

Strong MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of related experience are required. Benefit-rich role with PSLF eligibility and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database tracking systems.
• Valid state driver\'s license and ability to drive for business.
• Must pass drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• The Career Coach is the primary point of contact with participants and their circle of influence, ensures eligibility and follows up on services.
• Recruit for the program and seek employment/educational opportunities for participants.
• Deliver skills training in software applications and work readiness.
• Develop presentation and facilitation skills to engage students and meet program goals.
• Develop job opportunities by connecting with employers and community organizations.
