Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree helpful, otherwise 1–2 years of equivalent property management experience.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Knowledge of HUD and Section 8 guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with screening and move‑ins to ensure compliant, smooth leasing.
• Complete annual recertifications and inspections per HUD rules.
