Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, USDA RD programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; excellent organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, communities, and owners.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate site staff; resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce occupancy policies and manage lease compliance.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for all properties.
• Plan property improvements and conduct regular site inspections.
