Job summary

First Federal Bank is seeking a teller to provide exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment and to develop strong customer relationships. The role includes processing teller transactions, vault duties, and supporting branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service or cash handling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license for occasional travel between branches.

• Valid driver’s license; travel between branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the retail banking environment and grow the customer base and deposits.
• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.).
• Perform vault duties including cash shipments and distribution to PBs, cash recyclers and ATMs.
• Assist with outbound wire transfer requests and branch security duties.
• Assist customers with account openings and services (checking, savings, IRAs, debit cards, online banking).
• Refer customers to in-house financial experts and/or bank departments when appropriate.
