Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Attending and successfully completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset protection and safety controls, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance and recognize contributions.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring sales and profit goals and managing expenses.
• Lead customer service initiatives to deliver a high-quality experience in-store.
