• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by supervising asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and coaches on performance and recognition.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports customer service initiatives to resolve issues.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing profits and controlling expenses.
