Walmart is seeking a store leadership role in Port Charlotte, FL to drive community engagement and store performance. You’ll lead outreach initiatives, supervise hourly associates, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and champions company programs.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards and OBW execution.
• Assist store manager in driving financial performance and analyze PL statements.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
