Job summary

Walmart places community outreach at the heart of its store leadership role in Newport News, VA. Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach and represents Walmart to external organizations.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards using the OBW service model and resolves customer issues.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
