Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience with financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising 50+ associates/employees including performance management.
• Firearms facilities require CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Ammunition facilities may require a state Certificate of Eligibility.
• Complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team in store operations, merchandising, and direction.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Ensure customer service standards and Academy training environment.
• Develop budgets, analyze economic trends, and forecast community needs.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
