The Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Quarry Oaks and Rolling Oaks Apartments with routine upkeep, repairs, and safety compliance.

You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, renovate apartments for new residents, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a clean, presentable property.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Must have California driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of building heating/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and common areas.
• Repair apartments and fixtures; renovate for new residents as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspect systems, and report safety concerns.
