Family First Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time position in our Lebanon, PA location. The role involves direct patient care, administering medications and vaccines, recording vital signs, and coordinating with a care team to support comprehensive services.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania licensure for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR and Narcan certification.
• Knowledge of computer software applications (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Patient Care Team for clinical direction.
• Reports to work at multiple locations based on scheduling needs.
• Records vital information and prepares exam rooms for visits.
• Administers medications and vaccines per orders and provider instruction.
• Maintains patient records and documents care actions in the EHR.
