Job summary

Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System in Lebanon, PA is seeking a full-time LPN to provide nursing services in a provider’s office. You will care for patients across age groups from pediatric to geriatric, perform injections, coordinate tests and referrals, and support care plans under supervision.

Responsibilities include patient education, rooming, using triage protocols, and assisting with procedures and minor surgeries.

Qualifications

• Completion of a LPN educational program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• American Heart Association CPR certification.
• One to two years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care office.
• Prior triage, ER, or similar clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services in a provider’s office across age groups from pediatric to geriatric.
• Administer injections and medications as prescribed and prepare patients for visits.
• Assist with procedures, minor surgeries and point-of-care testing.
• Coordinate referrals, test tracking, and patient education to support outcomes.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
