The Atlantic District is seeking a Principal General Agent to lead the Clearfield office and drive local growth. You will mentor sales staff, deepen client relationships with expert risk management guidance, and collaborate with carrier partners to offer optimal coverage options.

Based in Clearfield, PA, you will represent the district at community events while delivering a high standard of service and fostering strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Clearfield office to ensure a high standard of service.
• Develop and execute local growth strategies that expand our reach within the district.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Deepen existing client relationships by providing expert risk management advice.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to secure the best possible coverage options for our clients.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business gatherings.
