Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Strong command of office software and CRM systems for lead management.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills suitable for client consultations.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products.
• Familiarity with the Yorktown local market and surrounding communities.
