The Atlantic District in Winchester, Virginia is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who enjoys helping neighbors secure their futures. You will build relationships with individuals and small business owners, assess risk, and tailor coverage that fits long-term goals.

Qualifications

• VA Property & Casualty Insurance License or equivalent required.
• Experience managing an insurance sales pipeline or personal book of business.
• Comfort with digital CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Public speaking and community networking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with individuals and small business owners in the Winchester area to assess risk management needs.
• Craft customized insurance solutions that align with clients' long-term goals.
• Participate in local community events and Chamber of Commerce activities to expand presence.
• Manage incoming prospect inquiries and guide them through onboarding and policy selection.
• Review existing policyholders' coverage annually to ensure protection keeps pace with changing lives.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve client retention.
