Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory services.
• Deep familiarity with State College and the surrounding local communities.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local client meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and business owners throughout State College to discuss their risk management needs.
• Create customized coverage strategies that provide actual security rather than just a policy number.
• Manage policy renewals and conduct annual reviews to ensure coverage keeps pace with life changes.
• Cultivate relationships with local professional networks to expand our reach within the valley.
• Provide prompt, clear answers when clients have questions regarding their accounts or the claims process.
• Contribute to our office culture by sharing insights and supporting your colleagues during busy renewal periods.
