The Atlantic District seeks a thoughtful Multi-line Insurance Agent to lead growth, operations, and client service for our Northumberland, PA agency. You will build relationships with local families and business owners to craft tailored protection plans across home, auto, life, and commercial lines.

Join a community-focused team that values clarity, warmth, and client-first service. A PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health license plus 2+ years in insurance sales or advisory are required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language.
• Familiarity with policy management systems and office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience serving local communities or small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local families and business owners to understand protection needs.
• Create customized insurance packages that provide real peace of mind for our neighbors in Northumberland.
• Review existing client policies regularly to ensure coverage matches life or business changes.
