The Atlantic District in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a General Insurance Agent to lead the Farmers agency's growth, operations, and client service in a close-knit community. You will be the face of the agency, helping clients protect homes, vehicles, and small businesses while building lasting relationships.

You will meet with residents and business owners, tailor coverage, and guide claims, all while maintaining records and representing the agency at local events.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven sales success in insurance or financial services.
• Proficient with digital policy management systems and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and local business owners to understand their protection needs and goals.
• Develop and present customized insurance recommendations that offer value and security.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospects by engaging with the community and nurturing partnerships.
