Metropolitan Family Services is hiring a full-time Financial Coach to join our Calumet Team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on empowering families to learn, earn, and heal through budget reviews, financial assessments, and data-driven reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong computer skills, and a client-centered approach aligned with our mission. A commitment to community impact is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience working with individuals or families receiving case management and workforce development services.
• Asset building experience preferred.
• Brief summary of the job, why it exists, and overall objective of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Enter initial and supplemental Combined Financial Assessments (CFS(s)) into appropriate system.
• Conduct budget reviews for clients that change employment status or government benefit, including but not limited to gain or loss of employment or changes in wages.
• Responsible for preparation of required internal and external reports including analytical reports/audits to governmental agencies and other funding sources.
• Create and maintain client folders for all CWF clients which include copies of credit reports, validation letters and signed letter of consent.
• Request and input Transunion Credit Report data and scores for every financial client at least once every 6 months or as needed.
• Provide financial workshops, internally or externally, as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
