Zusammenfassung

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Financial & Community Education Coach in the Mission Services department. This role delivers engaging workshops, coaching, and training to help participants improve financial stability, career success, and digital confidence across the region.

Travel four days per week to partner sites, deliver curricula, and build community relationships while advancing financial literacy, employment readiness, workforce development, and lifelong learning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Finance, Human Services, Workforce Development, Communications or relevant field; or Associate Degree in Education, Business, Finance, Human Services, Workforce Development, Communications with two (2) years’ experience in the relevant field; or High School diploma or GED equivalent and four (4) years’ relevant experience which enables the individual to meet the standards and expectations of the position.
• Experience teaching, facilitating, coaching, or training adult learners preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and community-based programming preferred.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate engaging workshops and educational programs focused on financial literacy, employment readiness, workforce development, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and other life skills.
• Provide individualized coaching to help participants identify goals, overcome barriers, and develop practical action plans for financial stability, employment, education, and personal growth.
• Deliver educational programming at community partner locations, schools, correctional facilities, shelters, workforce agencies, Goodwill locations, and other community organizations throughout the Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Travel four days per week throughout the assigned service territory to conduct workshops, coaching sessions, outreach events, and partner meetings.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners to expand educational opportunities and strengthen community impact.
• Adapt instructional methods and curriculum to meet the needs of participants with diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and experience levels.
• Assist in developing, updating, and enhancing curriculum, educational materials, and participant resources based on community needs and emerging best practices.
• Utilize technology to facilitate presentations, virtual instruction, participant engagement, documentation, reporting, and communication.
