Corporation for Findlay Market is seeking an Event Associate in Cincinnati to plan, coordinate, and execute public and private events year-round. The role supports merchants, vendors, and community partners while maintaining a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

You will collaborate with the Communication Team and play a key on-site role in delivering welcoming, memorable experiences for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute public and private events across Findlay Market spaces.
• Collaborate with merchants, vendors, and community partners to deliver engaging experiences.
• Prepare post-event recaps with attendance, expenses, and feedback.
• Support large-scale events, fundraisers, and seasonal programming.
• Serve as a welcoming on-site representative for guests and clients.
