Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management, program management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop, motivate, and support employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of Findlay Market signature events and programming.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, staffing, and day-of operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities.
• Manage Event and Program Associates and ensure clear goals and accountability.
• Develop and evaluate events using attendance, revenue, and feedback to drive improvements.
