Findlay Market is seeking an experienced Event & Program Manager to oversee signature events, programming, and community engagement in Cincinnati. You will manage budgets, partners, and staff while delivering mission-aligned, impactful experiences for shoppers, merchants, and neighbors.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with oversight of private and public events, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen donor relations and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management, program management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff or teams, delegating responsibilities, setting priorities, and holding team members accountable.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop, motivate, and support employees.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and community engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning and execution of Findlay Market signature events and large-scale programs.
• Set goals, timelines, budgets, and operational plans; oversee staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee event logistics, vendor relations, staffing, and day-of operations.
• Plan private events, community programming, and fundraising initiatives.
• Develop and maintain annual programming calendars and community engagement activities.
• Support communications, partnerships, and grant-related reporting.
• Monitor event performance using attendance, finances, and feedback.
