Job summary

Corporation for Findlay Market seeks a Fundraising Manager to lead all year-round fundraising efforts for the market's initiatives. You will plan campaigns and events, secure sponsorships, and work with finance to track revenues.

Role requires 4–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, bachelor’s/associate degree, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Collaboration with communications and programs across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required in nonprofit management or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Must be able to work some non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Microsoft Office and MailChimp.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to support Findlay Market initiatives.
• Lead development team in major events and donor engagement activities.
• Secure sponsorship dollars for events, programs, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure funds are tracked accurately.
• Collaborate with communications to craft fundraising materials and social campaigns.
• Recruit volunteers for fundraising initiatives and events.
