Job summary

You will assist customers with opening new accounts, handle inquiries and complaints, oversee teller procedures and ATM maintenance, and help drive community engagement and sales growth at the branch.

Qualifications

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of a college degree or 3 years’ experience in a retail banking environment, including supervisory and business development/sales experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and cross-sell additional bank services.
• Set the example of exceptional customer service and enthusiasm for serving customers.
• Work with customers to handle complaints and objections.
• Monitor cash balances of all tellers and vault.
• Oversee teller procedures and transactions (balancing, bait money, checks, initials).
• Maintain ATM balance and maintenance.
• Assist the Community President with branch security and policy adherence.
• Maintain building/inventory and appearance of branch.
• Engage in business development and customer relationship activities.
• Lead in setting goals for branch deposit and account growth.
• Sell/refer retail products and services.
• Assist in community engagement and events to grow branch deposits.
