The role requires strong accuracy, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers throughout the day. Training and compliance with banking regulations are emphasized.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Basic computer literacy with Windows knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customers' transactions into computers and issue receipts.
• Balance currency and coin in cash drawers at ends of shifts.
• Examine checks for endorsements and verify information.
• Order cash supplies to meet daily needs.
• Transact deposits and cash checks according to bank policies.
• Explain, promote, and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist in balancing the ATM and respond to customer requests promptly.
