Job summary

You will supervise teller procedures, monitor cash and ATM balance, contribute to deposit growth, and engage with the community to build relationships and drive business development.

Qualifications

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of a college degree or 3 years’ experience in a retail banking environment, including supervisory and business development/sales experience or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by opening new accounts and cross-selling services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain enthusiasm for serving customers.
• Handle complaints and objections with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor cash balances of all tellers and vault.
• Oversee teller procedures and transactions and ATM maintenance.
• Assist the Community President with branch security and facility upkeep.
• Engage in community relationships and share in business development activities.
• Lead deposit growth goals and sell/refer retail products and services.
• Plan engagement with community events and outside outreach to grow branch deposits.
