Wilson Bank & Trust in Lebanon, TN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process deposits and checks, and answer questions about our banking products. You’ll build lasting relationships with neighbors, learn our services, and support local communities through excellent service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and integrity as you assist customers, refer banking solutions when appropriate, and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to other offices within region as needed.
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
