Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust in Antioch, TN seeks a Community Banker I to be the trusted face of our bank, delivering teller and new accounts services while building lasting relationships with customers.

You will handle deposits, processing, and online banking support, learning our products and policies, and helping customers navigate digital channels. This on-site role supports community growth and personal development within a regional network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail banking experience preferred.
• Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong integrity, honesty, professionalism and work ethic.
• Commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and follow-through.
• Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
• Willingness to travel to other offices within region as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and new accounts duties within a bank office.
• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Guard against loss by safekeeping of cash and prompt accounting of funds.
• Enter transactions in the bank's system and provide customer receipts.
• Assist customers with online banking and mobile applications.
• Refer banking products and services to the appropriate business partners.
• Attend training and participate in community activities as required.
• Adhere to federal bank regulations and policies, including BSA/AML.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and maintain confidentiality of records.
